Twin Waters
Twin Waters, where the river meets the ocean, is an award-winning, master-planned community on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. It was developed from 1996 by Lend Lease, one of Australia’s leading corporations.
TWRA
The Twin Waters Residents’ Association (TWRA) is an incorporated body operating in accordance with the associations’ constitution and rules.

TWRA Committee
The TWRA Committee is led by three-member Executive - President, Secretary and Treasurer and 12 residents, both new and long established, representing the evolving nature of our increasingly dynamic local community.

Meetings
The association holds both Annual General Meeting (AGM) and General Meetings (GM). All meetings are held at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort as per the published times and dates.
Landscape Maintenance
Twin Waters has unique landscape maintenance arrangements in its public infrastructure areas which have been in place since 2005.
