Twin Waters Residents Association Golf Day 2023
It is that time of the year again to register for the best golf day on the calendar. The 2023 TWRA Golf Day will be held at Twin Waters Golf Club on Sunday 17 September 2023. This year will be a 7:30am shotgun start. As was the case in 2022, the competition will be conducted as a 2-person Ambrose.
The event always proves to be a great day and it offers the chance to get together with many of your fellow Twin Waters residents. The golf day is very much a social event and caters for all levels of golfing ability.
Once again, we are pleased with the great support from many of the local businesses as event sponsors. Special thanks go to the major sponsor of the event in 2023, the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort.
Simply complete the form below with your name and email address, then your Twin Waters Golf Club membership category (5 day or full) and include your GA handicap. For those players without a GA handicap, we will apply an 18 handicap for men and a 25 handicap for ladies. Information relating to the rules of the day for the event will be provided nearer to the day.
Costs are as follows (plus a small booking fee):
- Full member: no green fee, $15 per seat in a cart, $10 to play.
- 5-day member: $42 green fee, $15 per seat in a cart.
- Non-members: $50 green fee, $25 per seat in a cart.
(# Please note that all cart hire must be booked through the pro shop and then paid for prior to the day’s play.)
You can book and pay for up to four players on the one form by simply filling in the quantity box under the appropriate categories. If you wish to play with friends, please register on the one form or you will be randomly allocated in groups.
Payment can only be made by credit card (for which we incur a small fee). No payments will be accepted on the day. There are limited spaces available in this very popular event, so please register as soon as possible.
The best golfers on the day will be eligible for great prizes and the kudos coming from that success. We will also have a free raffle with many great prizes from our local sponsors, including from our major sponsor, the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort.
We look forward to your attendance and don’t forget to bring along friends and family to join us for lunch in the clubhouse after the golf.
This year’s event will be without our normal hosts, Kevin and Margie Lyons, who will be overseas at the time of the event. Michael Stapelfeldt, Nathan Dadds, John McKay and Mark Gough are working hard to try and fill their shoes!
