See below for the detailed coverage of all the fun of the 2022 Party in the Park.

This popular event in the TWRA calendar was first held in the late 1990s when Twin Waters was established and in 2021 celebrated it’s 25th year.

This year the party was moved from it’s conventional Warwick Daniels park location to the ‘town square’ of Twin Waters – the retail, service and dining precinct which provided more space, facilities and supported our local businesses.

It was the right move – with an estimated high of about 2000 attendees throughout the day.

MC for the day was TWRA committee member Naomi McQueen – seen here with Joshua Dekker from LJ Hooker Twin Waters – long time coordinators of Party in the Park.

Special Thanks to Grant Ormrod (left), seen here with Dempsey Ormrod. Grant and his team at LJ Hooker, once again, put in a lot of time and effort to plan and organise the event, and ensure it was a success.

The crowds and proud parents hearing the singing groups from Pacific Paradise State School.

Thanks also to Ausfunk gymnastics for their amazing displays.

Thanks to the many volunteers who helped out on market stalls (cakes, jams, plants), and Maroochy North Shore Lions. The Police, Neighbourhood Watch and State Emergency Service were also there to show what they are about.

The party finished with a stunning fireworks display.
