Over the last few months, we’ve been telling you about the new Twin Waters group – TWIN WATERS COMMUNITY CONNECT.
It’s been set up as a common sense ‘help service’ for anyone in Twin Waters that needs a hand – be it a lift to the shops or doctor; or finding a tradie to fix something.
It’s old fashioned ‘help your neighbour’ stuff that comes from the heart.
Now, there is a chance to raise some money for TW COMMUNITY CONNECT during the coming Marathon on Sunday 3 August.
The organisers will give a donation if TW COMMUNITY CONNECT runs booths on either side of the road – to provide drinks to the runners as they pass though…
That’s the job. Passing the water bottle. But they need people to show up and do it!
